During an inspection at the premises of Mutton Lane Inn, Off Patrick Street, Co. Cork, Cork, T12 RV07, the CCPC found Fear Gorm Limited, of 53/54 North Main Street, Co. Cork, Cork, Ireland, T12 AE13, a trader operating a pub, to be in breach of the requirement to display in a clearly visible and legible form, a notice specifying each kind of beverage available for sale on the premises (whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic), together with the price charged for the quantities, measures or units for each such kind of beverage in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on Fear Gorm Limited which took effect on 19th June 2025 directing it to do the following:
- To display, in a clearly visible and legible form, a notice specifying each kind of beverage available for sale on the premises (whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic), together with the price charged for the quantities, measures, or units for each such kind of beverage.
