During an inspection at Rustiq Salon Unit 2, The Smithlands Centre, Waterford Road, Loughboy, Co. Kilkenny, R95 X903, the trader was found to have engaged in a prohibited act or practice by failing to display a notice setting out the charges for every service rendered by them in their capacity as a hairdresser in accordance with the Charges (Hairdressing) Display Order 1976 (S.I. No. 156 of 1976).
The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on Rustiq Salon which took effect on 11 November 2024 directing it to do the following:
- To display a notice in accordance with the requirements at their premises that sets out the charges for every service rendered by them in their capacity as a hairdresser.
