If you have already completed the notification process to provide data intermediary services and have been registered as a Data Intermediary Services Provider (DISP) by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) - you can voluntarily apply for an EU logo through the below form.

In this form you will be asked to provide information about your data intermediary services and to confirm that your services are being completed in accordance with Article 12 of the Data Governance Act (DGA) - Regulation (EU) 2022/868.

As part of the implementation of the Data Governance Act (DGA), the European Commission has introduced common logos to identify trusted data intermediation services to differentiate recognised trusted services from other services, contributing to transparency in the data market.

Are you a registered Data Intermediary Services Provider (DISP) in the European Register for Data Intermediary Service Providers?

To proceed with this application for the EU logo, you must be a registered DISP. If you are not registered and on the EU Register, please go back and complete the DISP registration form. Once approved, you can return and apply for the EU Label.
